About Dr. Saisha
Dr Saisha Naransammy completed her Master’s degree in Chiropractic at the University of Johannesburg. She was later invited to join the Golden Key International Honour Society following her completion of the Chiropractic course. The Golden Key International Honour Society is a non-profit organization that acknowledges academic excellence whereby the top 15% in their respective fields are selected. Dr Naransammy worked as a part-time departmental tutor at the University of Johannesburg and tutored several modules respectively. Dr Saisha also worked as a chiropractic intern at the UJ Chiropractic clinic and also has experience as an assistant clinician.
Aside from the above-mentioned roles Dr. Naransammy treated cyclists at the 94.7 cycle challenge, worked at the rehabilitation program for the Lions Rugby team at the Ellis Park stadium as well as the scholars who participated in Rugby matches at the King Edward's school located in Johannesburg. She also treated infants and toddlers at the Ethembeni Salvation Army in Doornfontein.
Dr Saisha was interviewed on Salaamedia Radio Station where she shared her insights on chiropractic care, community wellness and the importance of holistic healing in today's world.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr Naransammy was invited to speak at a virtual seminar hosted by TLC Chiropractic (Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, USA). She highlighted the challenges faced by the profession, including the temporary closure of chiropractic practices during lockdowns, reduced patient access, financial hardships, and the lack of initial recognition of chiropractic care as an essential service. Dr Naransammy emphasized the resilience of South African chiropractors.

Dr Saisha Naransammy is a dedicated, ambitious and astute chiropractor who aims to provide a holistic and thorough approach to her patients. She is passionate and goes the extra mile in treating patients from all walks of life. Outside the practice, she is an avid animal lover who actively supports animal welfare causes and enjoys spending time with her pets, reflecting her belief in kindness and holistic living.

Dr Naransammy is a member of various councils, boards and societies. i.e. the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa (AHPCSA), Golden Key International Honour Society (GKIHS) and the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF).
